School Fundraising
The Sports Machine are delighted to be able to offer Schools an exciting day for all pupils, encouraging participation, whilst raising vital funds. How does The Sports Machine Fundraiser for Schools work?- Contact us to discuss available dates.
- 3-4 weeks prior to the event, The Sports Machine will supply Posters, Sponsorship forms and attend an assembly to introduce the initiative to pupils.
- The pupils gain sponsorship pledges from friends and family.
- On the day, each pupil will be invited to take part in a speed and target challenge. Utilising our specialist equipment, including speed cage and state of the art radar (fully compliant with OFCOM Regulations), they will have their fastest shot or throw recorded and the chance to score into our target inflatable. Full inclusion is encouraged, with all participants receiving a medal and certificate.
- Pupils collect the promised donations.
- The Sports Machine only invoice once all donations have been collated. No expense to current school funds, we simply invoice for 40% of monies collected.
The Sports Machine will provide fully CRB checked personnel, most with UEFA Coaching badges, to supervise the event.
Should you wish, we can arrange for your event to be partnered by Welling United FC Community Officers. We can also offer creation and facilitation of tournaments.
